Now onboarding brokers in HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Every listing you forward, organised.
Baya is a WhatsApp assistant for rental brokers. Forward listings as you already do, search them in plain words, and get a ping when a flat matches a tenant you're working with.
Ask for early accessWhat Baya does for you
No new app to learn. Baya lives in WhatsApp, where your listings and tenants already are.
-
Saves what you forward
Send Baya a listing from an owner or a broker group, with photos or a voice note. It reads the rent, deposit, area and rules, and keeps them in one place.
-
Finds flats in seconds
Type what your tenant needs, like "2bhk agara 35k pets ok", and get matching flats back with clean details you can forward straight on.
-
Remembers your tenants
Tell Baya a tenant's requirement once. When a matching flat comes in later, Baya pings you before another broker gets there.
-
Keeps listings fresh
Baya checks in now and then with a one-tap question, so flats that are already rented stop showing up in your results.
Your listings stay yours
What you forward is only visible to you. Baya never contacts your owners or tenants, and never shares their numbers.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Read how we handle it in our privacy policy.
